Sunshine Oil (S) Pte Ltd was established in 2005. The company is located along Orchard Road, the commercial center of Singapore, and has US$39 million in registered capital. Sunshine Oil (S) Pte Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Chambroad Petrochemicals Co. Ltd.

Over the past 17 years, from its Singapore office, the company has developed into an integrated energy company dealing in petrochemical products and equipment trading, finance and derivative trading services, as well as overseas oil and gas fields, refinery, logistic and storage facilities investment and management.

Sunshine oil’s business mainly consists of trade class and business class.

The trading class is mainly involved in various kinds of crude oil, fuel oil, refined oil and chemical products.

The business class is mainly involved in the oilfield operation and management invested jointly with some countries’ state oil company and operation and management of natural gas project cooperating, and shipping and warehousing business.

In terms of crude oil products, Sunshine oil is mainly oriented to the Middle East, West Asia and Africa, combining Canada, Australia and other regions.

For fuel oil, it is mainly engaged in straight-run fuel oil , catalytic and coking materials usable for refinery production.

As for refined oil, it is mainly engaged in light and heavy naphtha, gasoline, diesel, kerosene.

In terms of chemicals, it is mainly engaged in chemicals in Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, such as mixed aromatics, liquefied petroleum gas, methanol, asphalt and lubricating oil.
